FreeBSD Port: grafana-1.9.1

Hi,

Grafana 2.6 is coming, beta is available for downloading. I've tested it,
it looks fine and it's much more tasteful than 2.5 because new Table Panel
has been introduced.

I'm not promising, but will try to write port next week.
