Quieting down portmaster

Hi everyone,

portmaster is way too verbose for my tastes. It takes a quarter of the screen to not update anything, and I get about 2 ports total before any relevant information about the first one is off the screen. A huge chunk of the messages are informational verbosity that holds low relevance for most people just trying to update their ports.

Can someone please give https://people.freebsd.org/~adamw/patches/patch-portmaster_shhh.patch a whirl and let me know if it breaks anything or if it removes a message that you think it shouldn't?
