crash report

I experience crashes when I watch a Youtube video with Firefox. At the
end of the clip, firefox exits.

This must be something with the sound system, because recently I moved
to OSSv4. With OSSv3 (the default) the bug was not triggered.

Please note that I installed firefox from binary.
