Pending TeX Live related PR (x11-toolkits/p5-Tk)

Hi,

TeX Live 2014 will be released soon. TL manager GUI depends on
x11-toolkits/p5-Tk, which currently has a Xft-related bug.

I submitted this PR more than a month ago:

Would someone be so nice to take a look and commit it?
