This seems to be caused by the recent addition of a LIB_DEPENDS on
ports-mgmt/pkg in net-mgmt./net-snmp, which causes the build script to
uninstall pkg, and then fails to uninstall Perl.

Is there a clean way to add the LIB_DEPENDS that will not cause QAT to
remove pkg?
