FreeBSD Port: lzip-1.14

Hi Sylvio,

I'm contacting you in your role as maintainer of the lzip FreeBSD port.
The freebsd/ports page shows version 1.14 as current.

The lzip-1.14 port seems to be missing. I'm trying to be upgrade all
installed ports after upgrading to FreeBSD 9.2-RELEASE, but I get errors
like those listed below.

Please advise on a remedy.
