graphics/graphviz "missing separator" at install

port builds but when trying to "make install", fails with
===>  Checking if graphics/graphviz already installed
/asp/git/ports/graphics/graphviz/Makefile:91: *** missing separator.  Stop.
*** Error code 2

line 91 is: include <bsd.port.options.mk>

Completely unrelated, poudriere run fails to build with message:
