are left:

> ports/175695	[PATCH] japanese/p5-MeCab: update to 0.995 and etc
> ports/175696	[PATCH] japanese/py-mecab: update to 0.995 and etc.

As for ports/175258, there is no response from maintainer for a
month. So it is enough for timeout. And other 3 PR's need to be
commited with ports/175258.

So would someone please commit them together?
