So, I only get a warning...
Can't tell what that's about, since I only get one port...

Deleting that port doesn't solve, anyway, so this does not seem to be 
the cause.

I'd gladly help.
The way to go, IMHO,is to get additional logging; unfortunately I know 
nothing about Ruby.
