Silly me! Of course the patch for lotuswordpro/Module_lotuswordpro,mk
should be added to libreoffice/files:
# portmaster -g boost-libs boost-jam
# pkg_delete -f boost-libs-\* boost-jam-\*
# portmaster libreoffice
# pkg_add /usr/ports/packages/All/boost-libs-*
/usr/ports/packages/All/boost-jam-\*

Much simpler!
