Zenoss Port Web-UI seems incomplete

Did you start it with `service` and do this as root?
If yes, I dunno. I'd tried to manually chown the instance directory 
(/usr/local/zenoss/) to zenoss:zenoss and try to start it again.

Doubtful. I believe it's in a zodb - Zope's native back-end.
