vdr 1.7.28 update for testing

Sorry for following up to myself but I forgot to bump PORTREVISION
for vdr-plugin-osdpip so I created a new shar:

	http://people.freebsd.org/~nox/tmp/vdr-ports-1.7.28-002.shar

 And I also forgot to note how to update:  Unshar in /usr/ports,
then run:

	portmaster vdr-plugins
