pkgng suggestion: renaming /usr/sbin/pkg to /usr/sbin/pkg-bootstrap

A bit self-referential, but why not do something similar to what I
proposed on http://docs.freebsd.org/cgi/getmsg.cgi?fetch=120111+0+current/freebsd-ports
