misc/rfc - the port / protocol option doesn't work anymore

Nope, that isn't it.
As you can see above, the port is already using the iana.org site to
(try to) fetch port numbers from; but it isn't working.
As this port was upgraded to version 3.2.3 in 2006 (April 12th), it
looks newer than the changelog?
