We were hit with the strange problem in Weechat after updating my OS yesterday
(PCBSD-9.0) due to weechat & urxvt pulling devel/ncurses.

(See http://forums.freebsd.org/showthread.php?p=142192 thread:)

I'm still quite new with FreeBSD and I'm not sure whether the above sentence
means that weechat/urxvt port maintainers should be informed about it in order
to fix the port to use ncurses from the base?

Sincerely,
Gour
