It would be a little more direct to have the numbers in the table be 
links.  For example:

Maintainer		ok	bad	% bad
ehaupt at FreeBSD.org	2957	84	2.76%

"2957" would be a link to 
http://people.freebsd.org/~ehaupt/distilator/ehaupt@FreeBSD.org.html

And "84" would be a link to
http://people.freebsd.org/~ehaupt/distilator/ehaupt@FreeBSD.org-bad.html
