How to detect filename conflicts with uninstalled ports?

As someone kindly reminded me, "find" and "grep" are my friends:

$ cd /usr/ports 
$ find . -name "pkg-plist" -exec grep -H "bin/progname" {} \;
$ find . -name Makefile -exec grep -H "bin/progname" {} \;
