FreeBSD Port: davical-0.9.9.3

Hi Paul,
	according to the INSTALL notes in the source for Davical " PostgreSQL: 8.2 or greater" is required. I don't see any specific versions of Postgres specified in the Davical make file, but I can't speak to all the things Davical depends on. My version of Davical is running against "psql (PostgreSQL) 8.3.7".
