/usr/ports/x11/libxcb build Faild with Python31-3.1.2_1

Dear Sir,

   Today I try to build libxcb from ports tree with
Python31-3.1.2_1(installed from ports tree)
but it show me the following ERROR Messages:

    If it MUST HAVE python 2.6.6 installed?
If above is true, it means my system should have two version of python
at the same time?
