Firefox lpr printing

Not quite sure what was causing this.  It seemed to be that Firefox 
required cups-client to be installed, but now works without it.  It may 
have been that cups-client was still installed (a surprise to me) or 
that it was garbled due to my own experimenting.

Anyway, works fine now.
