Problem with apr1 that could be shared with libX11 and libSM that I have reported previously.

This might help --

cd /var/db/pkg
pkg_delete auto* libtool*
cd /usr/local/bin
rm -rf auto* libtool*

cd /usr/ports/devel/apr1
make

portmaster.....
