Will downgrading from 9-CURRENT to 8-RELENG require anything more then a portmaster -Rafd?

I think making a list of ports, deleting all ports, and installing
them from scratch
as described near the bottom of the portmaster manual page is more
robust.  There
might be weird cases where the wrong libraries are used for linking.
