devel/apr1 upgrade fails with Xcc/etc errors ...

That did it ... I did an 'ls -lt libtool*' before the rm, and had some 
stall libtool15* stuff laying around ... now I can build fine ...

Not sure *how* this can be fixed within the port, mind you ... but 
hopefully this helps someone else ...
