gscan2pdf 0.9.31 doesn't work

Ok, well, I can't believe I overlooked this: there is a line in the
Makefile of the ports which specifically deletes a few lines from the
gscan2pdf perl script (probably from an older version). Simply remove
that, and gscan2pdf can be started again.
Here's a diff:
