mrtg-traffic-sum is not installed by MRTG port

Hi,
I have one short question.
Is there any reason to not install mrtg-traffic-sum which is included in 
the src of the MRTG?

I am not saying "it must be" or "it is useful to all", I am just asking 
why it is not installed if it is the part of the MRTG pack and somebody 
may want to use it.

I am not using it, so I am fine with current state, but it may be 
confusing to somebody who installed MRTG and can't run some command 
documented on the MRTG website.

Can we have it as OPTIONS?
