xterm vuln

so portaudit reported an xterm vuln.  i cvsupped which did change things 
in xterm.

# grep xterm cvsup.log
  Edit ports/x11/xterm/Makefile
  Edit ports/x11/xterm/distinfo

but when i run portupgrade
