Ports marked as IGNORE - (cups-pdf) & (urlview) why - how long?

Hi just curious about:

- print/cups-pdf (marked as IGNORE)
        - textproc/urlview (marked as IGNORE)

Anyone know what is happening with these? Get IGNORE with portupgrade -a.
