Dovecot Sieve port switched from CMU Sieve to Dovecot

All that says is "You should consider migrating from CMU Sieve to
Dovecot Sieve". 

That's advice from the dovecot project for people that have a choice
between the two. The problem is that FreeBSD only has one dovecot-sieve
port, and it switched without warning.
