I've processed 321 of 418 ports. There are some casualities, namely:
- all octave-forge-* ports. These now require different subdirectories (see [1]):

   # subdir
  41 octave/Octave%20Forge%20Packages/R2009-05-08
  30 octave/Octave%20Forge%20Packages/R2009-06-07 <- these should work as I've set R2009-06-07 as default in octave.mk
   3 octave/Octave%20Forge%20Packages/R2008-08-31
   2 octave/Octave%20Forge%20Packages/R2008-08-24
   1 octave/Octave%20Forge%20Packages/R2008-04-29

- math/elmer-umfpack, science/elmer* - no more source packages on SF
- games/doom (perhaps shoul be marked broken)
- www/tdiary (perhaps should be updated to 2.2.2)

Maintainers are cc'd.

Which also worries me is that I'm going out of city till monday -
will it be OK to commit the patch this night? Well, it shouldn't
break anything not yet broken, but still. If it's ok, I'll commit
it in ~6hrs after finishing manual work and running a quick check for
fetchability.

The patch ([2]) is updated, note that is also touches bsd.octave.mk.
