ports/122167: ports/dns/bind94 REPLACE_BASE option

The part you were referring to...
cd /usr/ports/dns/bind94 && make config;
is happening after I type just "make" on the command line by itself and hit
enter.

Ok so far.
> [root at ns /usr/ports/dns/bind94]# make
> cd /usr/ports/dns/bind94 && make config;
That last bit doesn't make any sense. Do this exactly:
cd /usr/ports/dns/bind94
make clean
make rmconfig
make
And then post the results.
