Portupgrade has serious problems

Empty brackets display a problem with a database. But for some reason it 
can't be detected by bdb engine.

Could you remove both /var/db/pkg/pkgdb.db and /usr/ports/INDEX*.db and 
rerun portupgrade? They will be recreated automatically.
