cups-base 1.3.8 Broken?

I'm running fbsd7 stable and I tried to upgrade it using portupgrade and it failed and then tried to just use make and still get the same error. It says checksum mismatch, here's what I get if I run make:

It is possible that the compressed file(s) have become corrupted.
You can use the -tvv option to test integrity of such files.
You can use the `bzip2recover' program to attempt to recover
data from undamaged sections of corrupted files.
