java/eclipse-emf 2.2.3 not fetchable

I observe for the several days now that java/eclipse-emf 2.2.3 can not
fetch its distfile emf-sdo-xsd-SDK-2.2.3.zip from any of the locations.
On all sites error is "file not found":


$ make fetch
