X Can't "see" my docked monitor - xorg, nvidia, or kde?

The content of /var/log/Xorg.0.log might be useful, but also try and play
with xrandr. Xrandr --verbose should tell you what outputs i actually sees,
and then you can disable/enable individual outputs and see what happens.
