New xorg packages available for i386 and amd64

amd64 5.x and i386 7.0 (post-gcc 4.2 and symver) are up.  I also
refreshed all the distfiles, so e.g. the frequent instability of
freedesktop.org will no longer prevent x.org distfile fetches.
