astro/gpsd maintainer contact issues

Hi,

	I'm trying to contact the author of the astro/gpsd
port. I get :


... while talking to mx.toxahost.ru.:

	for "Anton Karpov <toxa at toxahost.ru>". 

	I'd like to try to submit the changes that the
OpenBSD person worked on if thats allowable, someone just
needs to point me to where in the procedure to start.
