math/R eats up all.

Hi all,
Futher investigation, if we select libgoto, configure doesn't use
-lalapack -lcblas; fall back to internal lapack.
So - Following patch worked for me (PentiumM).

Guilty part is `-lalapack and -lcblas'
Another investigation:
PentiumM(i386)+atlas hangs up following part

what is makeLazyLoading? I have no idea.
