The port needs to set DEFAULT_PHP_VER=4 so that it depends on the right
version of PHP by default. bsd.php.mk should probably be adjusted to
set DEFAULT_PHP_VER appropriately when IGNORE_WITH_PHP would forbid the
normal value.
