Have you tried the line I suggested or
	portupgrade -fR finance/gnucash ?

This could make a diffrence I experienced by myself. If slib-guile is
registered in your port-database, but isn't installed anymore such
problems arise.

If this won't help you could also try:
	cd /usr/ports/lang/slib-guile
	make deinstall && make reinstall clean
