Ports with a broken PKGORIGIN: russian/napster

Sorry,  I dont have permission to maintainer, But, I will  to keep this port. ;-)  
Well, I read the "committers guide" and "ports-handbook". 
But, I wait that now he is correct.

I made these tests:

reloaded# make describe
reloaded# portlint -a
reloaded# pkg_info -a -Q | grep ru-nap
ru-nap-1.5.4:Client for the OpenNAP network with koi8 <> win1251 encoding patch
reloaded# pkg_delete ru-nap-1.5.4
reloaded# make deinstall
===>  Deinstalling for russian/napster
===>   ru-nap not installed, skipping

I was also worried about the category.
