That applies to both devel/libtool15 and devel/gnu-libtool though, so
is something of a non-sequitur for the issue at hand (chunking gnu-
libtool in favor of libtool15).

It remains to be seen whether there will be another libtool 1.5.x
release, or whether things will be concentrated on the upcoming
libtool 2.0 (which gives me the willies just thinking about it).

I'm hoping that there will be a final fixup 1.5.x release, at which
point devel/libtool15 will be appropriately updated (though of
course, that won't help any other ports that use their own packaged
versions of libtool).

The patch in 94826 is sitting in one of my tinderbox trees, and I
will likely look at it, and a bunch of other autotools-related
issues, upon my return from Europe -- the past few months at $ORK
have been just insane...
