Dovecot 1beta8 + kqueue = no mailbox folders in Horde/Imp menu

I think it's a dovecot beta8 issue at this point as horde is still
acting up. I must have gotten lucky before.  I will keep playing with
things, but none of this was occurring in beta7.  seems a lot of people
are having issues with beta8 according to dovecot mailing lists.
