compat4x ldconfig

compat4x doesn't seem to be running ldconfig after it's installed; I had to run
"ldconfig -m /usr/local/lib/compat" manually otherwise the Opera build would die
like so:

===>    Verifying install for c_r.4 in /usr/ports/misc/compat4x

Error: shared library "c_r.4" does not exist

Stop in /usr/ports/www/opera.
*** Error code 1
