pkg_info: /usr/X11R6/lib/modules/extensions/libGLcore.so doesn't exist
/usr/X11R6/lib/modules/extensions/libglx.so fails the original MD5 checksum

It looks like dri is required by xorg-6.9.0 and libdrm is required by
a ton of ports...  It sounds like ultimately your dependency tree is
b0rked...
