xfce4-media (libxine problem)

I was trying to install xfce4-media via ports today, and it stopped at 
libxine. It installs it, but can't detect its presence afterwards. I 
have tried reinstalling libxine, but it did not help.

... compiles libxine ok, when it tries to install it says it's already 
installed.
