new webserver for FreshPorts

Gidday folks,

I'm pretty much ready to deploy FreshPorts to a new webserver.  
Details on old versus new are at:

Please have a look at the new webserver, available for a limited time 
via http://new.freshports.org/ and let me know if you see anything 
which requires attention.

NOTE: Don't make any changes at the NEW web server you won't mind 
losing.  The database will be dropped and replaced with the 
production server.
