FreeBSD Port: devhelp-0.10_2

Hi,
since devhelp disabled the File->Add Book menu item, moving the false
direction in my opinion, there are lots of devhelp-able documentations
that are not recognized by devhelp because they are installed to
directories not included in the devhelp path for books.
So i would like to ask if there is anything planned to handle this, like
lets say a small script creating symlinks.
If not, please take this as a complain about the actual situation.
