Actually, the ports tree was built by cvsup some time ago after a clean 
install of 7-CURRENT. I haven't manually added any patches to firefox. I 
always update the ports tree before building anything, so I have no clue how 
I ended up with a stale patch. That one caught me off guard, I've never seen 
a port patch ask for a path before and I didn't want to throw a bad patch 
into the mix by pointing it at a file.
