FWIW, you don't need to use grep(1):

/usr/ports{113}# make search name=eclipse display=name,path,info
Port:   eclipse-3.2.1
Path:   /usr/ports/java/eclipse
Info:   An open extensible IDE for anything and nothing in particular

Port:   eclipse-EPIC-0.4.0
Path:   /usr/ports/java/eclipse-EPIC
Info:   EPIC adds Perl support to the Eclipse IDE Framework
