privoxy-3.0.6-stable fails in portinstall

Although privoxy 3.0.6 is supposed to have a package available, it
is apparently not on the FTP server(s) at freebsd.org, so trying a

	pkg_add -r privoxy

fails. Unfortunately, when I try to use portinstall to build privoxy
from source, that fails, too. Some attempts follow:

If anyone has any suggestions, I'd be grateful. I currently have
privoxy 3.0.3 installed, which, when configured according to the instructions
for configuring it to use tor, fails to route connections through tor. I was
hoping that a more up-to-date version might work properly.
